- 1. The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for services related to the construction of a grass surface for the pitch located in Bielany, including maintenance in the years 2025-2026, for the Municipal Greenery Board in Krakow. 1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidation the proceedings in question, if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it. 1.2 The order covers the construction of a grass surface for a football pitch (turfs and strips around the pitch) in the area of plot no. 163/1 rev.
