The subject of the procedure and order is to select a Contractor for the successive delivery of laboratory consumables, hereinafter referred to as materials or products, for the organizational units of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (excluding Collegium Medicum UJ), intended for in particular for educational, scientific and commercial activities.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including a quantitative list of consumable materials, is set out in Annex A to the SWZ, which is also a form for calculating the offer price and a catalog available on website https://www.equimed.com.pl/katalog/ which contains a list of consumables not included in Annex A to the SWZ and covered by the subject of the order
