• 1. The subject of the procedure and order is to select the Contractor for the successive delivery of cleaning products and sanitary materials for the organizational units of the Jagiellonian University Medical College in Krakow.1.1 Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it.1.2 The subject of the order may be financed or co-financed in in particular from European Union funds or other funds obtained under projects or contracts or external programs or grants, etc., both currently implemented by the Jagiellonian University Medical College and those implemented in the future.1.3 The material scope covered by the price form is the largest possible scope of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party stipulates that the quantities of ordered cleaning products and sanitary materials presented in the attachment (price form) are approximate and may be changed (decreased or increased), during the term of the contract under the order, alternatively...
