The subject of the procedure and order is selection Contractors in the scope of delivery of converged infrastructure consisting of 6 pcs. computing servers, 1 pc. file server, 4 pcs. FC SAN network switches, 2 pcs. IP network switches and virtualization software as part of the project "Establishment, modernization and equipment of teaching facilities in connection with the increase in admission limits for medical studies - Jagiellonian University in Krakow - Collegium Medicum" - KPOD.07.05-IP.10-0002/25/KPO/1205/2025/213. 1.1 Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Act Pzp, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance the contract were not granted to it. 1.2 Detailed description of the subject of the order specifying functions, technical parameters and required and additionally scored conditions of the subject of the order are included in Annex A, which is an integral part of the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires that all elements proposed by the Contractor be included in one device were compatible with each other and provided full functionality without the need for additional investments on the part of the Ordering Party.
