Description: 1. The task is included in the project of integrated Territorial Investments of the Legnica-Głogow Functional Area for the implementation of the Legnica Commune in the Formula design and build investments entitled: "Construction of a multimodal interchange center in the area of the station Railway PKP ". 2. The Contractor will perform the above -mentioned formula design and build to the extent in accordance with the functional and use program, i.e.: a) full -branch design documentation along with obtaining all opinions, arrangements, decisions, permits, necessary to obtain a decision to permission na implementation of a road investment and a building permit decision; b) construction of a multimodal interchange center based on approved decisions, including: reconstruction of the road system and intersections in the center and in the area of the PKP station, reconstruction of existing pavilions for the needs of the center, construction of stops, platforms, shelters, bicycle routes, pedestrian and bicycle routes, park & ride, kiss & ride, bike & ride parking lots, places for charging electric cars, energy-saving lighting, dehydration, necessary technical infrastructure, station for charging electric buses,
development green.
