Description:
The subject of this procedure is comprehensive industry, economic, financial and legal advice in the process of acquiring an investor for the Łodź Airport. W. Reymonta sp. z o. o. including conducting a strategic analysis of the potential of the Łodź Airport and preparing an investment offerof the City of Łodź, finding a potential investor and signing an agreement with the investor. The Ordering Party does not plan to submit variant or partial offers. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to SWZ. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of implementing the subject matterorder by the Contractor using subcontractors, which he is obliged to indicate in section D, part II of his own Single European Procurement Document (SPD) form, provided that the Contractor is obliged to personally perform key parts of the order, i.e. coordinatede of the subject of the contract, participation in presentations, direct contact with the Ordering Party's representatives.
