Description:
The subject of this proceeding is comprehensive industry, economic, financial and legal advice in the process of acquiring an investor for Port Lotniczy Łodź im. W. Reymont sp. z o.o. including conducting a strategic analysis of the potential of the Łodź Airport, preparing an investment offerof the City of Łodź, finding a potential investor and leading to the signing of an agreement with the investor. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of implementing the subject matterorder by the Contractor with the use of subcontractors, which he is obliged to indicate in section D in part II of his own Single European Procurement Document form (ESD), with the proviso that the Contractor is obliged to perform key parts of the contract personally, i.e. coordinatedof the subject of the contract, participation in presentations, direct contact with representatives of the Employer.
