- The subject of the contract that the Ordering Party intends to conclude with the selected Contractor will be the performance of all activities in order to implement the investment consisting in the construction of the Energy Recovery Plant in the town of Kamionka, ChodzieΕΌ commune on a turnkey basis, i.e. in particular the design, construction, deliveries, commissioning and commissioning of the installation for thermal waste processing with energy recovery with a capacity of not less than 50,000 tons and not more than 100 thousand tons per year in accordance with the requirements of the ordering party specified in the tender documentation andin accordance with the administrative decisions held by the Ordering Party. The final decision on the efficiency of the installation will be made by the Ordering Party after conducting a technical dialogue with the Contractors in Stage I of the tender procedure. The assumed basic technological functions of the installation are thermalwaste processing with the production of heat and electricity in combination.
The provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605, "Pzp") do not apply to the tender procedure.
The proceedings are open proceedings, taking into account:waiting for pre-qualifications. The Ordering Party forwards the Invitation to participate in prequalification to potential Contractors interested in submitting applications to participate in the Proceedings and taking part in it.
