Description:
1. The subject of this order is the selection of financial intermediaries to implement the "RPO II" financial instrument with a division into 8 (eight) parts, specified in detail in the financial instrument metric, constituting Annex 2 to the designed UO provisions of the 1st degree.
2. The services will be carried out in accordance with the conditions specified by the Employer in the template of the contract - planned provisions of the first degree operational agreement - Regional Rotation Loan II (hereinafter: contract or PPU), which constitute Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. The concept used in SWZ and protection of proper performance Agreements were defined in PPU.
4. The contractor charges the risk resulting from the loan activities.
5. CHRISTMAS ABOUT A CONDITIONS APPLIANTED BY THE ECONOMY FOR THE PROVIDE OF THE BASIC ORDER (without the right of options and an order consisting in repetition of similar services or works construction) is a total of up to PLN 120,000,000.00 (in words: one hundred and twenty million PLN 00/100), which is the sum of the financial instrument limits within individual parts of the order.
In connection with the division of the order on Parts, one contractor in these proceedings, regardless of whether he appears alone or as part of a capital group or consortium, may apply for a maximum of three parts of the order. The contractor, in relation to the part of the order for which he is applying, submitted Offer.
