The subject of the contract is the provision of services selected in the proceedings (hereinafter also as financial intermediaries) servicesconsisting in the establishment, management and service of a detailed fund through which the financial instrument will be implemented. The financial intermediary will provide the service in particular by granting, paying and settling support in the form of unit loansgranted to qualified enterprises from the Greater Poland Voivodeship (final recipients), as well as an ordinance of a built -in portfolio of unit loans. The conditions on which the unit loans will be granted are described in the template of the operational agreement constitutingThe provisions of the contract (Annex 2 to SWZ).
Contractors who meet the terms of participation in the procedure, described in detail in SWZ and who are not subject to exclusion, in the cases referred to in SWZ, may apply for the contract. One contractor, regardless of whether he occursIndependently or as part of a consortium, he can apply for only one part of the order.
