Description:
The subject of the order are services commissioned by BGK involving the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument financing investments implemented in the province. Lublin, i.e.: Loan - street lighting (hereinafter referred to as: Loan). Details of the type of project that may be financed were included in the Financial Instrument Metric (hereinafter referred to as: Metric) constituting Annex No. 2 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as: PPU).
Selection of a Financing Partner for the implementation of the Financial Instrument Loan - street lighting under the Provincial Trust Fund Lubelski
1. The subject of the order are services commissioned by BGK consisting in the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument financing investments implemented in the province Lublin, i.e.: Loan - street lighting (hereinafter referred to as: Loan). Details about the type of project that can to be financed were included in the Financial Instrument Metric (hereinafter referred to as: Metric) constituting Annex No. 2 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as: PPU).
Financial Instrument. Base BGK's activities are the Financing Agreement concluded between BGK and the Lublin Voivodeship, represented by the Management Board of the Lublin Voivodeship, acting as the Managing Authority of the European Funds for the Lublin Voivodeship 2021-2027 program.
