The subject of the order is the selection of the Financing Partner (entity implementing the Financial Instrument, Contractor) to whom BGK (Ordering Party) will entrust, for remuneration, the task of establishing and managing the Social Capital Fund in the form of a special purpose vehicle or Alternative Investment Company (ASI). From the fund referred to above, individual investments will be granted to economic entities social as part of the project "European repayable instruments for the development of the social economy" under the European Funds for Social Development Program 2021-2027.

1. The subject of the order is the selection of a Financing Partner (entity implementing the Financial Instrument, Contractor), to whom BGK (Ordering Party) will entrust, for remuneration, the task of establishing and managing a Social Capital Fund in the form of a special purpose vehicle or Alternative Investment Company (ASI). From the fund referred to above, individual investments will be granted to social economy entities as part of the project "European repayable instruments for the development of the social economy" as part of European Funds for Social Development Program 2021-2027.
