The subject of the contract are services ordered by BGK services consisting in implementation and managementThe financial instrument financing investments implemented in the province. Lower Silesia, i.e. a loan for improving the energy efficiency of buildings and street lighting (hereinafter referred to as: loan). Details about the type of project that can be financed are included in the instrument recordFinancial (hereinafter referred to as: the record) constituting an attachment to the proposed provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as: PPU). The removal is financed from the funds of the program European funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027 and funds constituting domestic co-financing, in accordance with contract No. Feds.02.03-IZ.00-0001/23-00on the financing of the project under the program concluded on November 28, 2013 between the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship and Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, which plays the role of a "trust fund" within the meaning of Art. 2 point 20 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 2021/1060 of June 24, 2021R.Dumer identification unit: Feds.02.03-IZ.00-0001/23.
