- The subject of the contract are services ordered by BGK, consisting in the implementation and management of the financial instrument, a loan for renewable energy - ZIT (hereinafter referred to as: loan). Details about the type of project that can be financed were included in the financial instrument record (hereinafter referred to as: record)constituting Annex 2 to the planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as: PPU).
Selection of financing partners for the implementation of the financial instrument Loan for renewable energy-ZIT under the European Funds program for Lesser Poland 2021-2027.includes the provision of services to BGK consisting in the implementation and management of the financial instrument, a loan for renewable energy - ZIT and granting unit loans with parameters specified in the "financial instrument metric loan for renewable energy - ZIT", from the financial contribution of the trust fund contributedby the contracting authority to a detailed fund in a total amount of PLN 35,000,000.00, supplemented with a possible contractor's own contribution in the amount declared by the Contractor at the stage of the tender procedure (not lower than 15%).
