- The subject of the order are services commissioned by BGK involving the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument financing investments implemented in the province. Lublin Province, i.e.: Loan for energy efficiency in the housing sector (hereinafter referred to as: Loan). Selection of Financing Partners for the implementation of the Financial Instrument Loan for energy efficiency in the housing sector under the Trust Fund of the Lublin Voivodeship 1. The subject of the order are the services commissioned by BGK involving the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument financing investments implemented in the province. Lublin, i.e.: Loan for energy efficiency in the housing sector (hereinafter referred to as: Loan). Details about the type of projects that may be financed are included in the Financial Instrument Metric constituting Annex No. 2 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU) (Metric). 2.BGK was entrusted with the role of the entity implementing the Trust Fund, which included the above-mentioned Instrument Financial. The basis for BGK's operation is the Financing Agreement concluded between BGK and the Lubelskie Voivodeship represented by the Management Board of the Lubelskie Voivodeship acting as the Managing Authority of the European Funds for the Lublin Voivodeship program. 2021-2027. 3.
