Description:
The subject of the contract are services ordered by BGK, consisting in the implementation and management of the financial instrument, a loan with redemption for transformation towards GOZ. Details on the type of projects that can be financed were included in the financial instrument metrics constituting an attachmentNo. 2 to the planned provisions of the contract (PPU) (record). And
part 1 - includes the provision of consisting servicesOn the implementation and management of the financial instrument, a loan with redemption to transformation towards GOZ and granting unit loans with parameters specified in the "Financial Instrument Instrument Metric Loan with a redemption for transformation towards GOZ", from the financial contribution of the trust fundsubmitted by the Ordering Party to a detailed fund in a total amount of PLN 12,000,000.00 supplemented with the contractor's own contribution in an amount not lower than 5% of payments to the final recipients.
Granting unit loans is to result in the achievement of indicators specified in part.III point 6 swz.
