Description:
The subject of the contract are services ordered by BGK, consisting in the implementation and management of the financial instrument "RES loan for enterprises" (loan). Details on projects that can be financed were included in the financial instrument metric (metric) constituting an attachment No. 2 to the planned provisions of the contract (PPU).
Selection of financing partners for the implementation of the financial instrument "Loan for RES for enterprises" under the European Funds program for Lesser Poland 2021-2027
1. The subject of the contract is commissioned by BGK services consisting in implementation and financial instrument management "RES loan for enterprises" (loan). Details on projects that may be financed were included in the financial instrument metric (metric) constituting Annex 2 to the planned provisions of the contract (PPU).
2. Talking on the subject This order may be provided in relation to the projects specified in the record, implemented only in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship
3. The subject chosen as the contractor will act as an entity implementing a detailed fund (financing partner, PF), referred to in art. 2 point 21 of Regulation (EU) No. 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021.
4. Credit industry related to loan activities shall be borne by the contractor, taking into account the conditions described in the PPU.
