- The subject of the contract are services ordered by BGK, consisting in the implementation and management of the financial instrument, a RES loan with a subsidy in the form of a redemption (hereinafter referred to as: unit loan/loan) intended for financing projects/investments implemented in the Greater Poland Voivodeship by final recipients. Details on projects that may be financed were included in the financial instrument metric (hereinafter referred to as: the record) constituting an attachment to the planned provisions of the contract (PPU).
part 1 Selection of financing partners to implement the financial instrument RES loan with a subsidy in the form of a redemption within the Trust Fund of the Greater Poland Voivodeship.
Part 1 - includes the provision of services consisting in the implementation and management of the financial instrument of the RES loan with a subsidy in the form of redemption and granting unit loans with parameters specified in the "Financial Instrument Instrument Metric
with a subsidy in the form of a redemption ", from the financial contribution of the Trusteach Fund made by the Ordering Party to a detailed fund in a total amount of PLN 20,000,000.00 supplemented with the Contractor's own contribution in the amount required at the stage tender procedure (not lower than 15%).
The contractor is obliged to pay within the middle of the portfolio construction period
At least 40% of the loan limit, in accordance with the rules and conditions for granting unit loans specified in the PPU.
