The subject of the contract is the provision of services, consisting in the creation and management of the contractors (also called "financing partners" of the "financing partners" selected in these procedure), under which each of the financing partners will implement the financial product,from which subsidies for energy audit (optional) and unit loans (with the possibility of partially redemption of unit capital of the loan) for final recipients will be granted for the conditions specified in the planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter also: "Operational Agreement" or "Agreement"),which constitute Annex 4 of the WSE.
