- The subject of the contract are services ordered by BGK, consisting in the implementation and management of the financial instrument, a loan for SMEs. Details on projects that can be financed were included in the financial instrument metric (metric) constituting Annex 2 to the designed provisionsContracts (PPU).
Part I
Part 1 - includes the provision of services consisting in the implementation and management of the financial instrument, a loan for SMEs and granting unit loans with parameters specified in the "financial instrument of the financial instrument Loan for SMEs",
from the financial contribution of the trust fundcontributed by the Ordering Party to a detailed fund in a total amount of PLN 30,000,000.00 supplemented with the Contractor's own contribution in an amount not lower than 5%. As part of Part 1, at least 38 micro, small and medium -sized enterprises will be supported by a loan for SMEs (including at least 12enterprises introducing product or process innovations),
