- The subject of the contract is the selection of contractors (also called "financing partners" or "PF"), who will provide services commissioned by the Employer consisting in managing the loan fund created to grant preferential loans for the liquidation of architectural barriers, which is to result in ensuring the availability of buildings for people with special needs, including people with disabilities, parents with children and the elderly.
The details are described in Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and in Annex 2 to SWZ - proposed provisions Contracts (PPU).

The subject of the contract is the selection of contractors (also called "financing partners" or "PF"), who will provide services ordered by the Employer consisting of management A loan fund created to grant preferential loans for the liquidation of architectural barriers, which is to ensure the availability of buildings for people with special needs, including people with disabilities, parents with children and the elderly.
Within entrusted Tasks Selected financing partners will establish loan funds, from which funds will be allocated to granting loans. Services that are the subject of the contract will be provided in accordance with the principles presented in the proposed provisions of the operational agreement (PPU).
