Description:
The subject of the order is the comprehensive delivery (sale) of natural gas E-methane gas type E Tariff W-6.1 for the Upper Silesian Society of Aviation S.A. The Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice ul. Wolności 90, 42-625 Ożarowice. Natural gas should meet the technical standards in accordance with with the provisions of the Energy Law and Executive Regulations to this Act and Polish standards. Gas delivery will take place up to four connections on the basis of a contract containing the provisions of the Sales Agreement, the value of MWh fees, subscription, distribution and variable fee. Gas should be delivered to the delivery and acceptance point, which is a set of gas devices used to connect the internal network, which is owned by the Ordering Party with the gas operator's gas network.

1. The subject of the contract is comprehensive delivery (sale) Highly methane gas type E Tariff W-6.1 for the Upper Silesian Society of Aviation S.A. Katowice International Airport w Pyrzowice ul. Wolności 90, 42-625 Ożarowice.
2. Natural gas should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and Executive Regulations to this Act and Polish standards.
3. Gas delivery will take place up to four connections on the basis of a contract zawi.
