Description:
1. The subject of the fall is the implementation of a collective service, in the pre -school team No. 19 in Wroclaw, with headquarters in Wrocław, at ul. Januszowicka 35-37, consisting of: 1) preparation and issuing of skewing, according to the indications contained in Zakczel No. 1 to SWZ, in Kindergarten No. 19 E Wrocław, at ul. Kutnowska 10, constituting part of the School and Preschool Complex No. 19 in Wrocław, for a maximum of 150, and in the middle of 135 children per day2) preparation and issuing of extinguishing, according to the indications contained in Zeczel No. 1 to SWZ at Primary School No. 47 in Wrocław, at ul. Januszowicka 35-37, constituting part of the pre-school team No. 19 in Wrocław, for a maximum of 545, and 275 students per day. 2. The estimated number of issued spectacles is designed at 31180 for pre -school children (at the time of the edition of the whole set) and 51975 for primary school students.
