Description: The subject of the contract is the selection of a private partner for the project entitled: "Development of the area of the Rumia city center together with the construction of a new City Hall in the PPP formula". The intention of the project is to achieve a public goal, including in particular the design, construction, financing and management of the building of the Rumia City Hall and the public space located in the immediate vicinity of this building. The investment will be located at ul. Starowiejska (eastern part) - Area A. The project will be implemented on the basis of a public-private partnership agreement within the meaning of the Act of 19.12.2008 on public-private partnership (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 711), assuming the division of tasks and risks between the parties to the contract.
