Description:
A) audit of statutory annual financial statements for 2025, 2026 and 2027,
B) audit of statutory consolidated financial statements for 2025, 2026 and 2027,
C) review of semi-annual separate condensed financial statements for the periods ending June 30, 2025, June 30. 2026 and 30/06/2027,
D) review of semi-annual consolidated condensed financial statements prepared in accordance with IAS/IFRS requirements required by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. for the periods ending 30/06/2025, 30/06/2026 and 30/06/2027
E) verification of annual unit reporting packagesprepared in accordance with the requirements of IAS/IFRS for the purposes of consolidation for 2025, 2026 and 2027,
F) verification of semi-annual unit reporting packages prepared in accordance with the requirements of IAS/IFRS for the purposes of consolidation as at June 30, 2025, June 30, 2026 and June 30, 2027,
G ) written confirmation of the terms umaintaining the indicators specified in the financial agreements for the years 2025, 2026 and 2027,
H) carrying out agreed procedures regarding the verification of selected elements of the Report on updating the Regulatory Value of Assets based on the current "Method for determining the Regulatory Value of Assets and in connection withturnover from the capital employed for the Power Distribution System Operators, who made on July 1, 2007 separation of activities" for the tariff year 2027, 2028, 2029 prepared on the basis of financial data for 2025, 2026, 2027,
