Description:
The subject of the contract are successive delivery by the Contractor to the Employer Sensors to the cerebral oximeter (hereinafter referred to as the Goods) described in detail and in the quantities given in the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ and in accordance with the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to this SWZ.
1, later called the "commission". Under the conditions specified in Annex 4 to SWZ, the Contractor undertakes to deliver the goods to the Ordering Party in form of supplementation of the commission,
referred to above and transfer their property to the Ordering Party when they were collected by the Ordering Party from the Commission, and the contracting authority undertakes to collect the goods and pay the agreed price for the goods collected from the commission.
The contracting authority is entitled to exercise the right of options specified in art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law Act (hereinafter: "Option right") by increasing the quantity of the goods covered by the subject of the contract relative to the quantity given in Annex 2 to SWZ (price form) in the column "number No. 2 to the SWZ (price form) in the column "number of options).
