Description: The subject of the order is the service to clean separators on the rainwater sewage network along with export and disposal of waste. The minimum amount of waste to dispose of the service as part of the service is specified in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to SWZ) and is a minimum scope of the contract which the contractor should take into account when preparing the offer. The maximum amount of waste to the displaining in Annex 2 to the specifications specifies the right of options within the meaning of art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law, reserved for the Ordering Party, which will be implemented under the terms specified in the Agreement. The Ordering Party does not guarantee the implementation of the contract in the scope specified maximum amount of waste to dispose.
