Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of 24-hour services to the Ordering Party, direct physical protection of persons and property belonging to the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor, with the help of employees, provides permanent, direct physical protection of property and persons, electronic monitoring and PPO system support.2. The scope of physical protection will include: 1) the main building of the Pod Brzozami Social Welfare Home located on the property at ul. Bohaterow 46/48, in the Biaoka District in Warsaw (fenced area). A square building with an internal patio, two-story, partially basement. Building equipped with external infrastructure, i.e. electricity, gas, water, gravity sewage, telecommunications. Own gas-powered boiler room with hot water exchangers. There is a passenger and freight elevator inside the building;2) the area adjacent to the building, a tree-lined park, with two separate parking lots, one at the main gate, the second one next to the administration building;3) internal patio with a place to rest in the spring and summer;4) administration and utility building located on the DPS property from the side of ul.
