Description:
The subject of this order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of access services to the OKTA identity management platform (hereinafter referred to as the Platform) in the cloud model (SaaS), maintenance of the Platform and technical support (hereinafter referred to as the Service). The detailed scope of the order is indicated in Description of the Subject of the Order. As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to: 1. making the Platform available to the Ordering Party for collection on the day following the date of conclusion of the Agreement;2. providing the Ordering Party with access to the Platform for a period of 12 (in words: twelve) months from the date of signing by the Ordering Party without reservation of the acceptance protocol;3. providing technical support and maintenance of the Platform for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of signing the protocol by the Ordering Party without any reservations reception.
