1. The subject of the contract is service, adjusted and calibration of measurement devices Alcohol content in the exhaled air type IV for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław and its subordinate police headquarters.
2. In the framework of service, the Contractor will perform technical inspections, repairs, replacement of damaged and worn parts, replacement of consumables (batteries, accumulators, paper and coloring tapes), adjusted and calibration of devices at three measuring points: 0.10 mg/l; 0.25 mg/l and 0.70 mg/l.
3. The user requires that the basic ones be guaranteed for each device for measuring the alcohol content in the exhaled air Service services in the field of service inspections, i.e. cleaning, maintenance, calibration, calibration and repair services.
4. The mining of devices for measuring alcohol concentration in the exhaled air will be carried out in accordance with the Act of 11 May 2001 Law on Measures (consolidated text: Dz. U. of 2022, item 2063, as amended) and executive provisions issued on its basis.
4.1. A positive result of checkered devices for measuring alcohol concentration in the exhaled air. Administration authority of measures or accredited laboratory (PCA) certifies the proof of calibration in the form of a certificate calibration and imposes the features of calibration on the measuring device in the number and places indicated in the type approval decision.
