- The subject of the fitting is the preparation and delivery of drivers for the needs of hospitalized patients of the independent public gruel and chorb puc in Poniatowa, 24-320 Poniatowa ul. Fabryczna 6, in accordance with the dietary recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the National Institute of Health Public PZH-PIB and the applicable law in this respect: the Act of 25 August 2006 on the safety of food and life (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended) and enforcement provisions issued on the basis of this Act; Ordinance (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 29, 2004. on the hygiene of the eating Rodkw (Journal of Laws of EU 2004.139.1); Ordinance (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 establishing special hygiene provisions in relation to the food of animal origin (Journal of Laws of U. EU L.2004.139.55) Ordinance of the Minister of Health of 25 in 2023 on the pilot program in the field of life education and improvement of quality in hospitals - "good meeting in the hospital (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 2021 with zm.)
