Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the service of all -day comprehensive nutrition of patients in the Specialist Hospital Ludwika Rydygier in Krakow sp.z o.o. As described and the requirements contained in Annex 1 to the NIN.
2. Openses not having the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected.
3. The contractual terms of the contract are set out in the draft contract, constituting Annex 3a, 3b to SWZ.
4. For the purpose of providing services covered by the contract, the Contractor may rent a room from the contracting authority, under the terms of the lease agreement specified in the project constituting the attachment No. 3b to SWZ.
5.
