Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the service consisting of providing warranty care/maintenace, service and post -sensitivity up to 2,000 business hours of Simple.erp in the scope of updating, ongoing maintenance and development for the Warsaw School of Economics.
The conditions and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract were specified in the template of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the "template of the contract"), constituting Annex 2 to SWZ and in the description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter "OPZ") constituting Annex 1 (basic warranty conditions/maintenance simple.erp (PWG)) and Annex 2 (Basic conditions of the Simple.erp (PWS) website) to the contract.
