Description:
The subject of the order is the rental and service of work clothes for employees of MPGK Sp. z o. o. Description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is (as part of the lump sum price): 1) Workwear rental service, which includes: a) delivery (sewing) of clothing for employees that meets the parameters specified in the Description Subject of the Order and its delivery to the Ordering Party within: - Up to 6 weeks from the date of signing the contract (commencement of the service not earlier than January 2, 2026). The Contractor, no later than 14 days from the date of signing the contract, will measure the available employees (first delivery), at the location indicated at the Ordering Party's registered office, - up to 10 business days from the moment the Ordering Party notifies the Contractor about the employment of a new employee, sent to the e-mail address provided by the Contractor for contact. The contractor will take measurements of the employee in the indicated place no later than 3 days from the date of notification at the registered office of the Ordering Party.
