Description: 1. The orders of the procurement provides archiving up to 440 meters of current own documentation and inherited by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, from the period 1945-2017. Estimated to the above amount consists of. 110 MB of archival materials (category a) and approx. 330 MB of non-scale documentation (category b) including Disinfection in the fumigation chamber approx. 120 MB of documentation intended for organization stored so far in a warehouse, in which micrological impurities were detected.
2. Specified in paragraph 1 quantities are indicative amounts. The Ordering Party will be settled with the contractor for actually implemented amounts of archiving in a given category according to the rates for individual categories indicated by the Contractor in the offer form constituting Annex 2 to the Agreement.
