Description: 1. The order of the contract is archiving up to 440 meters of current documentation and inherited by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, from the period 1945-2017. The above amount is estimated to be submitted to. 110 MB of archival materials (category A) and approx. 330 MB of non -archival documentation (cat. B) including Disinfection in a fumigation chamber approx. 120 MB of documentation intended for organizing the previously stored in a warehouse in which mycological pollution was detected.
2. indicated in para. 1 amounts are indicative. The Employer will settle accounts with the Contractor for actually realized amounts of archiving in a given category according to the rates for individual categories indicated by the Contractor in the offer form constituting Annex 2 to the contract.
