Description:
The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in collecting, receiving, transport
and utilization of medical waste together with the lease of the container - a cold store for a period of 12 months.
The contracting authority provides for an average of 16,934.10 kg of medical waste on average, including on average:
•Group 180102* - body parts and organs as well as blood and preservative containers for storage (excluding 18 01 03) - 0.10 kg;
• Group 180103* other waste that contain live pathogenic microorganisms or their toxins and other forms capable of transferring genetic material, about which It is known or as to which there are credible grounds to think that they cause diseases in humans and animals (e.g. infected diaper pants, sanitary napkins, foundations), excluding 18 01 80 and 18 01 82 - 11,000 kg;
• Group 180104 - other waste than listed in 18 01 03 (e.g. dressings made of material or plaster, bedding, disposable clothes, diapers) - 5 700 kg;
• Group 180106* - chemicals, including chemical reagents, containing hazardous substances - 75 kg;
• Group 180108* - cytotoxic and cytostatic drugs - 75 kg;
• Group 180109 - drugs other than those mentioned in 18 01 08 - 80 kg;
• Group 180182* - residues from nutrition of patients infectious departments - 4 kg;
The amounts of waste given are estimated, the contracting authority does not undertake to transfer the mentioned waste in the entire specified above.
