Service of collecting, transporting and transferring waste from units and military institutions located in the area of the local regional branch in Bydgoszcz.
121 para. 1 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320), the contracting authority reserves the obligation to perform in person by the Contractor key part of the order, i.e. waste collection service.
The subject of the contract is the service of collecting, transporting and transferring
for processing 99,463.77 kg of waste from military units and institutions located in the area of the local regional branch in Bydgoszcz (listed in Annex 1A to the description of the subject of the contract) with the following waste codes:
03 01 05, 06 03 99, 07 02 99, 08 01 17*, 13 05 07*, 13 08 02*, 14 06 03*, 15 01 03, 15 01 10*, 15 02 02*, 15 02 03, 16 01 03, 16 01 07*, 16 01 19, 16 01 20, 16 01 22, 16 01 99, 16 02 13*, 16 03 03*, 16 05 04*, 17 02 01, 17 02 03, 17 02 04*, 19 12 04.
91 para. 2 of the Act, the Employer informs that the contract has not been divided into parts.
JUSTIFICATION:
