• 1. The subject of the order is the service of collection and management of municipal waste from property owners living in the Terespol Commune.

  3. The service consists of:
  1) collecting municipal waste from residential properties located in the Terespol Commune,
  2) equipment real estate in bags, no more than 2 bags, with each replacement used for selective collection of waste of the following fractions: paper, glass, metals and plastics, ash.
  3) Establishing, equipping and operating two stationary selective waste collection points in the area Terespol commune (PSZOK).
  4. The Ordering Party does not require any means of evidence in these proceedings.
  5. Requirements related to the implementation of the order in terms of employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing the activities indicated by the ordering party in the scope of contract execution, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended) cover the following types of activities: loading of waste.
