Description:
The subject of the contract is: "The service of collecting and utilizing medical waste".
The order applies to waste with codes:
- 18 01 02 - body parts and organs as well as blood containers and preservatives for storage (excluding 18 01 03);
- 18 01 03 - other waste that contains live microorganismspathogenic or their toxins and other forms capable of transferring genetic material, which is known or to which there are reliable grounds to think that they cause diseases in humans and animals (e.g. infected diaper panties, sanitary napkins, foundations excluding 18 01 80 and 18 01 82);
-18 01 04 - other waste than those mentioned in 18 01 03 (e.g. dressings made of material or plaster, bedding, disposable clothes, diapers);
- 18 01 06 - chemicals, including chemical reagents, containing hazardous substances (residues after cytostatics, e.g. aprons, gloves);
-18 01 07 - chemicals, chemicals, chemicals, chemicals,including chemical reagents other than those listed in 18 01 06;
-18 01 08-cytotoxic drugs of cytostatic;
-18 01 09-drugs other than those mentioned in 18 01 08;
-15 01 10-packaging containing residues of hazardous substances or contaminated with them (e.g. plant protection products I and II classtoxicity - very toxic and toxic);
- 18 01 82 - residues from the nutrition of patients of infectious departments (these are hazardous waste that contain live microorganisms or their toxins about which it is known or to which there are credible grounds for assuming that they cause disease...
