Description:
1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the collection, transport and disposal of hazardous waste from the Drawsko Training Ground, generated during training activities at POS OPBMR Drawsko.2. When collecting hazardous and non-hazardous waste, the Contractor must ensure: weight to determine the actual amount of waste. The Ordering Party will pay only for the actual amounts of waste transferred, confirmed by the KPO by the User and the waste recipient3. The Ordering Party informs that due to the possibility of changing dates, the school allows waste collection on other dates.4. average amount of waste in during one collection results from mathematical operations and may differ from the actual amounts of waste in relation to the indicated expected waste during collection5. The service is provided periodically, the Ordering Party indicates the exact time and place of waste collection, therefore the Ordering Party does not require contractors employing employees under an employment contract. 6. Other conditions for the execution of the order are included in the description of the subject of the order and the draft contract.
