2. The subject of the contract is - on the terms described in the contract, which will be included between the contracting authority and the Contractor, SWZ and in the contractor's offer - successive collection, transport and development of the waste collected by the contractor from the contracting authority of waste classified under the code 20 01 08 - waste - wasteBiodegradable kitchen, under the conditions described in the contract, SWZ and in the contractor's offer in the amount specified below.
3. The order of the order includes selectively collected kitchen waste in biodegradable up to 3,500 mg, but not less than 2,500 mg (minimum benefit).
4Waste: loose waste.
5. Dads should be processed in the fermentation process. This type of processing process, combined with the production of biogas used for energy purposes (production of electricity and/or heat) ensures the most effective development of this waste.It is secondary to the contracting authority or the installation to which the contractor will provide waste received from the Employer on his own managing (burns) will be obtained biogas by producing electricity and/or heat, or send it to external recipients.
