Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the service of a comprehensive organization of a 3-day national visit in the Pomeranian Voivodeship for stakeholders of the innovation system in Świętokrzyskie.
Number of visit participants may be reduced to a minimum of 15 people. The contracting authority will inform the contractor about the exact number of people no later than 7 days before the visit. The contractor will receive remuneration for the actual number of people participating in the visit.
3. Miejsce of the network visit - Pomeranian Voivodeship: Gdańsk and Gdynia.
4. The object Orders include:
1) support for the network visit in the scope of ensuring transport,
2) support for the network visit in the scope of ensuring food, organization and conducting network visits and additional services for the participants of the meeting,
3) support for the network visit in the scope of assurance accommodation in a hotel for participants of the network visit (in the city of Gdańsk),
4) Service of the network visit to the purchase of insurance of the participants of the network visit.
5. Detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) of the order can be found from Annex 1 to SWZ.
