Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the service of a comprehensive organization of the outbuilding of Polish entrepreneurs from the Świętokrzyskie region on November 10-14, 2025. for the Web Summit Lisbon 2025 technology conference implemented as part of the project: "Świętokrzyskie for Business".
2. A maximum of 9 people will take part in the economic mission. The contracting authority allows a reduction in the number of participants to the number of 7 people.
3. The contractor's tasks will include:
1) logistics security of the economic mission (airline tickets, land transport, insurance),
2) Operation of the away mission economic in the scope of ensuring accommodation and meals,
3) service of an away economic mission in the scope of ensuring a consecutive translation and a substantive guardian,
4) providing audiovisual service.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) was included in the attachment No. 1 to SWZ.
All materials related to the implementation of the economic mission, including information and promotional materials, attendance lists, should be marked according to the system Visual identification of projects financed from the European Funds program for Świętokrzyskie 2021-2027.
