1. The subject of the contract is the service of a comprehensive organization of the Polish Economic Mission entrepreneurs from the Świętokrzyskie region on October 3-9, 2025 to the Anuga 2025 fair at Messe Cologne implemented as part of the project entitled: "Świętokrzyskie for Business".
2. 13 people will participate in the economic mission.
3. The contractor's tasks will include:
1) ensuring transport land and aircraft;
2) insurance of mission participants;
3) ensuring accommodation and meals for mission participants;
4) providing a substantive translator and guardian;
5) ensuring participation in the Anuga 2025 fair;
6) Development of photographic documentation from the trip.
4. Detailed description of the subject Orders (SOPZ) was included in Annex 1 to SWZ.
All materials related to the implementation of the economic mission, including information, promotional materials, letters presence, they should be marked in accordance with the visual identification system of financed projects
The Contractor is obliged to use in all materials regarding the implementation of the subject of the delivered logo by the Ordering Party (European funds for Świętokrzyskie 2021-2027, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, European Union flag, Polish flag) and the use of detailed guidelines for promo...
