Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the service of a comprehensive organization of an exit meeting for stakeholders of the Świętokrzyskie Innovation System, on October 6-9, 2025 to the Netherlands.
2. The main course of the task is to increase the activity of the stakeholders of the Świętokrzyskie Innovation System to generate innovation as part of the implementation of the entrepreneurial process of discovering. A network visit, in which stakeholders of the Świętokrzyskie Innovation System will participate, learn examples of solutions used in innovative institutions in the Netherlands related to new technologies, Innovation in business and scientific research and will take part in an event gathering institutions from various environments expressing the desire to act in the field of sustainable development - Sustainability Week Europe 2025.
3. Settlers of departure: 15 people.
4. Departurer: 6-9 October 2025 (total with departure from Poland and arrival to Poland).
5. Transport soore:
-Kielce -airport (Warsaw or Warsaw/Radom or Krakow or Katowice) -transport by bus/bus;
-tnisko -Amsterdam -aircraft transport;
-Amsterdam and its surroundings (transport to min. 4 places distant max 100 km from Amsterdam) - coach/bus in a legitimate case (after prior acceptance of the contracting authority), permissible public communication.
6. During the entire stay in the Netherlands, the contractor must provide participants with a bus/bus and an animator and translator/pilot who knows topography and history region...
