- 1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in performing post-warranty periodic inspections of medical devices and equipment, which includes: periodic inspections and maintenance of medical devices and equipment, validation of medical refrigerators.
2. The subject of the order has been dividedfor tasks
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is presented in Annex No. 2 to the SIWZ Product and price form.
4. The subject of the order must be carried out in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974).
5.The contractor undertakes to performsubject of the order
in compliance with all applicable requirements and standards in this respect and with frequency in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and the operating manual, by persons with appropriate authorizations and qualifications to perform activities related to the subject of the order.
