A service consisting in the successive collection, acceptance and management by submitting to a process recovery, waste with code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 originating from the oversize fraction from the valorization of compost produced from biodegradable waste - Part II
1. Detailed description of the item the order was included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order with attachments (OPZ).
2. The subject of the order is a service consisting in the successive management, through recovery, of waste with code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 originating from the oversize fraction from valorization of compost produced from biodegradable waste.
The service includes:
1) acceptance and transport, possibly collection (as an element of waste management logistics by contractor), as well as management through recovery of waste fractions coded 19 12 12,
waste fractions in an amount not exceeding 760 Mg in the period from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (or until the limit of the total value of the contract is reached earlier).
Ordering party guarantees completion of at least 20% of the order.
The service covered by this order constitutes an atomized, but independent part of the order (Part II) for the successive development of the above-mentioned. from...
