A service consisting in the successive management of waste through transport, possible collection and collection for final processing of waste under the code: 200132, 200128, and 200127* and industrial waste...
1. The subject of the order is the successive management of separately collected waste, incl range of the following fractions:
1) Drugs other than those listed in 20 01 31 (code 20 01 32) and Cytotoxic and cytostatic drugs (code 20 01 31*)
2) Paints, inks, printing inks, glues, adhesives and resins other than those mentioned in 20 01 27 (code 20 01 28) and Paints, inks, printing inks, adhesives, adhesives and resins containing dangerous substances (code 20 01 27*)
3) Problem waste, including hazardous and non-hazardous waste with the indicated codes in the documentation of the proceedings.
First Hi order (hereinafter: "Part 1" or "Task 1") includes the fractions listed in section 1 point 1), the second part of the order includes (hereinafter: "Part 2" or "Task 2") the fractions listed in section 1 point 2), and the third part includes (hereinafter: "Part 3" or "Task 3") includes the exchangeable fractions in section 1 point 3 above.
3.Order in the scope of:
1) Task 1 covers services provided on waste in quantities up to 60,000 Mg,
2) Task 2 covers services provided on waste in quantities up to 180,000 Mg.
3)Task 3 includes services provided on waste in a total amount of up to 32,000 Mg
4.The services will be provided within the period from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026 or until the maximum limit of the contract value is reached.
