Description:
1. The subject of the order is the collection and disposal of liquid sewage from septic tanks in the areas administered by the 45th Military Economic Department, divided into two parts. Part 1: collection and disposal of liquid waste in the towns of Wdrzyn, Midzyrzecz and Skwierzyna and their disposal. at the sewage treatment plant, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Environmental Protection Law and other applicable legal provisions in this regard. The estimated amount of liquid waste to be collected and disposed of during the term of the contract will be: Part 1a) for the basic order: Wdrzyn Infrastructure Service Section - 1,080 m3, Infrastructure Service Section Midzyrzecz - 360 m3, Infrastructure Service Section Skwierzyna - 1,728 m3, b) for order under the option right: Infrastructure Service Section Skwierzyna - 468 m3.2. The detailed scope and description of the subject of the order include: Description of the subject of the order, constituting appendix no 6 to SWZ; contract template, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
